Acceptable use
You agree to use AImingHire only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- No fake jobs: Job listings must be for real, bona fide positions. Posting fictitious or misleading jobs is prohibited.
- No discriminatory hiring: You must not use the service to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other protected characteristics. Compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws is your responsibility.
- Accuracy and integrity: You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others or misuse the platform (e.g. scraping, circumventing access controls).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Payment terms
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select (e.g. monthly or annually). Fees are due in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AImingHire and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
